By accessing or using thebiogreat.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any product from Bio Great (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not accept all of these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use his Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our products or Site content:

3. Products & Medical Disclaimer

Our herbal oils, balms, soaps, and related items are cosmetic or wellness products and are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is provided for educational purposes only and should not substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor before using any new product, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

4. Pricing, Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods we provide (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash-on-delivery where available). By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times, shipping charges, and estimated delivery windows are stated in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personal-care items, all sales are final except in cases of damage in transit or an error on our part. For qualifying issues, please email care@thebiogreat.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. 7. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

We strive to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, product names, logos, text, graphics, and other content on the Site are the property of Bio Great or its licensors and are protected by Pakistani and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission from us.

9. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or provide access to third-party tools. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content or services. Your use of third-party tools or sites is entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

10. User Comments & Submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that content in any medium. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor or remove user content we consider unlawful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bio Great, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it, including—but not limited to—loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bio Great and its affiliates from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third- party rights.

13. Sever-ability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

14. Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use of the site. We may terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these terms.

15. Entire Agreement & Governing Law

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bio Great. They are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
